What to include
Tell us your app version, device and what happened. If your request concerns your account, use its sign-in email where possible. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details or an entire private conversation.
Report an AI response
If a response is inappropriate, unsafe or otherwise concerning, use “report response” in the conversation transcript. You can also email us with the approximate conversation time and a short description. Share only the context needed to understand the issue.
Conversation time
Time purchased through the App Store or Google Play is linked to your Her:Him account. Sign in with the same account to see your balance. If a purchase has not appeared, contact us with the product and purchase date; do not include payment-card details. Your app store handles applicable refund requests.
Your data
In the app, open Memory to inspect or remove memories, export data or delete your account. You can also request account deletion without the app.
