Delete your account.
You can request deletion from the app or by email. You do not need to reinstall Her:Him.
In the app
- Sign in to the Her:Him account you want to delete.
- Open Memory.
- Choose delete account and confirm.
Without the app
Email info@novi-forum.com with the subject “Her:Him account deletion”. Send it from your account’s sign-in email if possible and state that you want your Her:Him account and associated data deleted. If you use Sign in with Apple and Hide My Email, include the relay address shown in your Apple account settings so we can locate the correct account.
We may ask you to verify ownership before acting. Never send your password or an authentication code. We will respond within the period required by applicable data-protection law, generally one month, and explain any lawful extension.
What is deleted
Account deletion removes the active account, sign-in record, conversations, transcripts, memories and derived memory graph, settings, connected-account tokens, device registrations and user-linked purchase and audit records. Remaining conversation time is lost with the account.
What may remain
A minimal deletion marker and limited records needed for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, security or dispute obligations may be retained separately for the period required for that purpose. Deletion from active systems may be completed by a background process. Backup copies expire under the backup retention cycle; separately operated providers apply their own retention rules. Delete less than your whole account
Use Memory to delete individual memories or erase memory, and the transcript screen to delete individual conversations. For another data-rights request, email the same support address.
